INGLOT (CAESAR'S FORUM)
Las Vegas, Nevada
An international cosmetic manufacturing company based out of Poland intended to expand its retail operation into selected U. S. markets. Assuming a prominent position previously occupied by GEORG JENSEN Jewelry at Caesar’s Palace casino level entrance atrium marked the second foray for this company in the United States. Renovation of this 1100 sf., space with fully glazed front and rear facades make for an extremely transparent interior. An integrated lighting design was specially selected for color balance in conjunction with the establishment of a mono chromatic color scheme enhanced both the display and physical application of the Inglot merchandise.

INGLOT (AVENTURA)
Aventura Mall, Florida
Located at the intersection of the Nordstrom & J.C. Penny wings on the second level of the Aventura Mall is the third of the Inglot cosmetics company locations in the U.S. Renovation of this 908 sf., corner location with a largely open, partially glazed facades make for an extremely transparent interior. An integrated lighting design was specially selected for color balance in conjunction with the establishment of a mono chromatic color scheme enhanced both the display and physical application of the Inglot merchandise.

KLEIN'S ALLSPORTS STORE
Ithaca, New York
When a Central New York based sporting goods retail chain decided to relocate from a mall space into a free standing location formally occupied by a grocery store, substantial renovation was required to retrofit the 12,000+ sf., interior and exterior storefront.
The new location directly adjacent to a heavily trafficked thoroughfare provides greater individual street presence as well as a larger facility at a lower rental rate.
New store front utilizing energy efficient glazing established a new identity for the retailer as well as more transparency into the retail operation from the street. The new interior eliminated the existing lighting and acoustic tile ceiling exposing the structure above, new lighting and mechanical systems as well as finishes combine to create a more distinctive merchandising experience.

FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES STORE
Fayetteville, New York
This existing 1100 sf., inline village storefront was renovated to accommodate a women’s fashion footwear boutique.
A subsequent addition several years later into an adjacent tenant space doubled the sales floor and accessory storage capacity.
Structural components were realigned to accomplish a more desirable layout and new mechanical / electrical systems with integrated lighting were designed to accentuate product.
New ceilings in conjunction with finishes of slate, cherry and paint, create a dynamic new environment from which to merchandise.

CHARNEY'S MENS
Dewitt, New York
Charney’s Men’s Store has for the last 50 years and continues to be in the Syracuse and surrounding area a standard for men’s fashion wear.
Relocating from a long established location to a strip center along a main shopping thoroughfare this 18,000 sf., interior renovation incorporates in addition to the retail facility a central processing and distribution center for the retail chain.
The designated areas for men’s urban wear, men’s shoes, men’s suits and upscale wear are defined by tile and/or carpeted floors. Custom designed display fixtures, lighting and finishes were established and delineated by Wolniak Architects.

CREST ACURA
Syracuse, New York
A 1920’s vintage brick structure formed the basis for the renovation that was to become the new Acura Dealership in Syracuse, New York. A complete demolition of the 13,500 sf., interior resulted in new sales and service facilities with a new addition that incorporates the new service entrance.

CREST CADILLAC
Syracuse, New York
A suspended limestone panel system afixed to the exterior in combination with the new exterior signage transformed the relatively modest 1960's vintage auto dealership into a 21st century expresion of an upscale corporate identity.
The interior renovation of the existing showroom and service areas untilized new energy efficient lighting, electrical and mechanical systems. This in combination with a complete interior furniture and finish package completed the transformation consistent with the upscale brand.
