This new two story 3800 sf. per floor steel frame structure with leasable office space at the second floor is intended to be owner occupied fall 2009 on the ground floor by an existing dental practice.
Designed for a sole practitioner and a possible future partner specializing in family dentistry, the expanded practice is to incorporate eight (8) operatories, in addition to staff / conference area, reception, sterilization, standard billing and office functions.

NUNN'S HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
Griffis Building & Technology Park Rome, NY
Established in 1942 this family operated Central New York based Home Medical Equipment supply company chose to relocate its existing operation to a newly constructed 8400 sf., structure at the former Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome, New York.
Working as a consultant to the Buffalo, NY based Ellicott Development Company this one story masonry bearing wall structure is comprised of split faced concrete block with EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System) accents supporting a steel frame roof structure.
The fully accessible main entrance opens up to a 3100 sf., retail showroom to service the general public flanked by corporate offices all serviced by a 2600 sf., warehouse with an integral loading dock facility.

WATERTOWN DENTAL HEALTH
Watertown, New York
Located on a split site that would afford the owners the opportunity of leasing the lower level to a tenant or provide expansion to the main practice. this 10,000 sf., facility was designed to accommodate an existing dental practice.
The plan incorporated at the main level, 12 operatories, a laboratory, darkroom and sterilization facilities as well as 4 private offices, business office and a 25 patient reception area.
The cast in place concrete foundations of this wood frame structure supports a combination brick and exterior insulation finish system perimeter wall punctuated with stacked window units. A fully handicapped accessible main entry is articulated by means of a translucent Kalwall canopy supported by classical columns.
